We are actively seeking lots or parcels of land that are build-ready or near build-ready, including properties with utilities already in place (water, sewer, electric) or easily accessible for development opportunities of single-family, duplex, or small multifamily.
*This may be a good fit if you:
• Own a lot and don’t want to sell at a discount
• Have land but lack the funding to develop it
• Want to participate in upside through a partnership
• Are you tired of dealing with banks, brokers, or red tape to secure hard to find development funding on reasonable terms. Credit scores are not the focus. The opportunity and the land are what matter.
* If you own land and are exploring options, I am open to several potential structures, including:
• Outright purchase of the lot or parcels
• Deferred or structured purchase arrangements to achieve maximum sale price
• Joint venture or profit-sharing partnerships
• Private funding to help develop the lot or lots
• Funding to take a project from lot to vertical construction
