PAINTING SERVICES:
I have more than ten years of INTERIOR and EXTERIOR painting experience, with plenty of references. If interested in a free estimate, please provide specific details around the project you have in mind, as well as the timeframe in which you’d like it started by. Please be prepared to provide clear and recent pictures of the area(s) you’d like covered as well. I typically respond with a quote within 48 hours of receiving a request. Thanks!
GUTTER CLEANING:
Gutter cleaning is $250 for an appointment for two story homes. One story homes are $125. One garage is included, should you have one. If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown, the appointment is an additional $25.
*** I do not provide gutter repair services;
*** I do not remove the leaves and debris from your property.

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING:
Regularly scheduled cleanings;
Move-in/Move out cleanings; or
Emergency/Holiday appointments.
I provide my own appliances and supplies, and always arrive in a timely manner.
The first three hours or less are $125 (one cleaner/cash) and $30 per hour after that. If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown the first three hours are $150.
*** NO carpet shampooing;
*** NO trash/furniture removal.
PRESSURE WASHING:
Pressure washing appointments for your home’s exterior are $425. These rates are for homes up to 2,500 square feet. If your home is thirty minutes or further from downtown, the appointment is $450.

WINDOW CLEANING:
Need your windows cleaned? I can tackle both their interior and exterior sides - at any height. I’ll be happy to provide you with an estimate. If interested, please respond with your name, phone number and address.
RAKING SERVICES:
I charge $80 for the first two hours or less, and $30 per hour thereafter. If interested, please respond with your name, phone number and address.

MOVING SERVICES:
This is for labor only. We do NOT provide a truck or van.
I charge $125 (1 laborer) for the first two hours or less and $40 for each additional hour. For two laborers, I charge $250 for the first two hours or less and $80 for each additional hour.

SHOVELING SERVICES:

DECKS:
I'd be happy to provide you with an estimate for sealing and/or staining your deck. If interested, please respond with pictures that show the entirety of your deck from a variety of angles, as well as a description of what you would like done.
